Grant permissions
Allow microphone access. On macOS, also enable Ambient under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility so it can type for you.

Press the shortcut

Speak
Talk naturally, in full sentences. Punctuation comes along with it.

Release
Let go of the keys. Your text appears wherever the cursor is.
